SWIMS 3.0 Background Check Help

Kentucky Swimming

HOW TO: navigate to your background check. (please make sure if you have a pop-up blocker on that you turn it off)

  1. First click on education at the top of the navigation.
  2. Next click on Go To Course.
  3. From there it will take you to a screen where you can do your background check.

 

Troubleshooting: If you are not seeing the background check under my courses, please submit a help desk ticket. You can do this by clicking on Help at the top right corner of your screen. Select, “Submit a Help Ticket.”
