USA Swimming Membership Reminder for 2026

Club Contacts, please forward to your coaching and administrative staff, to all board members (if applicable), and to your athletes.

USA Swimming has sent three reminders this month, on December 1, December 15, and today (December 30) to all 2025 USA Swimming athlete and nonathlete (coach, official, other, administrator) members who still need to renew their memberships for 2026. If you received a reminder today, then you still need to renew. You can renew your USA Swimming membership here. For help renewing, click here.

As a reminder, all USA Swimming memberships expire on December 31, 2025. All athlete and nonathlete members must renew for 2026 to continue attending practices and meets, and to work for your club. There are no grace periods for renewals. Clubs must allow only 2026 members to practice with or work for their programs starting on January 1. 

Registrations are being processed quickly but there have been some delays today in updates sweeping through the system, from a few minutes to several hours. These delays include receipt of the email confirmation of your registration and seeing the updated membership expiration date on your USA Swimming membership card; please wait a few hours before contacting the help desk.
