COMPETITIVE Team Start/Turn Clinic @ SMSC   **Saturday, November 13**

                  The coaches are pleased to announce a COMPETITIVE team start and turn clinic THIS Saturday, November 13 at SMSC.  No Pre-Comp swimmers, please.  Pre-Comp workouts will be offered, as usual, on Saturday.

                  The clinic will focus mainly on the proper execution of starts and turns, but will also feature some stroke instruction.  Portions of each session will be led by a special guest.  Come to SMSC this Saturday to find out who!  The clinic will be offered to all active competitive team members and the cost is included in the current quarter's dues.  Do not miss out on this special opportunity!

                  The clinic will be divided into two sessions:

                              9:00-10:00am - Gold, Hammerheads, Otters and Seals

                              10:00-11:00am - Nat/Nat Dev, Pre-Sectional and JO

                  We have also done our best to keep the regular Saturday workout schedule intact.  Please note any changes in the 11/13 workout schedule below:

                              Nat/Nat Dev - 6:00-9:00am @ CCP (Clinic 10-11am @ SMSC)

                              Pre-Sectional - 8:00-10:00am @ SMSC (Clinic 10-11am @ SMSC)

                              JO - 8:30-10:00am @ SMSC (Clinic 10-11am @ SMSC)

                              Gold - 8:00-9:00am @ SMSC (Clinic 9-10am @ SMSC)

                              Hammerhead - 8:00-9:00am @ SMSC (Clinic 9-10am @ SMSC)

                              Otter - (Clinic 9-10am @ SMSC) 12:45-2:00pm @ LMS

                              Seal - (Clinic 9-10am @ SMSC) 12:45-1:45pm @ LMS
