2011 Winter Sectionals Wrap
Golden West College (Huntington Beach, CA
Throughout five grueling days of competition at the 2011 CA/NV Winter Sectionals, TSM swimmers posted 41 best times and 19 top-24 finishes, pacing the team to 319 points and an 8th place finish in the Medium Team division. In the same division, the Men finished 3rd overall and the Women 12th. Congratulations to ALL Sectionals qualifiers!
An extra special "congratulations" goes to Payton Perrotta (200 Free), Brendan Casey (1650 Free) and Scott Simmer (1650 Free) for achieving their first NCSA Junior National time standards. Way to go!
Eugene Tee was 5th in the Men's High Point competition (40 points behind 1st place), scoring 133 points for TSM's cause!
