Andi Murez & Team USA Take Silver at World University Games
Congrats to TSM's Andi Murez, who swam the 2nd leg of the 4x100m free for Team USA as they took the Silver Medal in an exciting finish at the World University Games in Moscow. Both Team Russia (3:38.15) and Team USA (3:38.40) beat the previous University Games record of 3:40.00.
During the morning prelims session yesterday, Andi swam Team USA's fastest split by going 54.1 in her leg of the 100m free.
In her words... "it felt pretty good. I was just trying to catch the girl next to me. I was also just having fun. This meet is awesome and I'm excited for tonight. Say hello to everyone at TSM."
