Coach Ken Johnson
Ken Johnson is a youth educator, certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and track coach who encourages youth to be healthy and to reach their full potential through sports and education.

I am passionate about ensuring less fortunate kids have an opportunity to overcome whatever their circumstances are. I am motivated by the fact that if I can change one child's life meaningfully, I will consider myself to have succeeded. I look to instill the values of my grandfather Reverend Holman, who happened to be a Navy man and great preacher, in the children that I touch. Those are values of faith, accountability, loyalty, and pride for who you are and what you believe in.
Admin LaTrice
LaTrice Nervis, Team Administrator, is going into her 2nd year in the position with Dallas Elite. She is responsible for all administrative functions, from athlete registration to track meet registration and everything in between!!

Before moving to Dallas in 2016, she and her family lived in Phoenix, Arizona. Her two daughters have participated in club track since the ages of 4 and 5. Out of a desire to truly understand what her children were learning and to support their training and recovery, LaTrice became USATF Level 1 Coach certified and volunteered with long jump and high jump.

LaTrice’s desire with Dallas Elite is to evolve her role as the club administrator further and learn more about meet management as she continues supporting her oldest daughter through the rest of her club track career.
Coach Eric
I coach the 12u sprint and relays and take coaching seriously, but the kids will never know it. I believe in the long-term development of young athletes with a structured and technical approach to training. Our training is age-centered and does not follow a 'one size fits all' model. Young athletes are at various stages of development and training should reflect this.

Every win does not include a medal and will not occur in the competition. If winning is solely about crossing the finish line first, then there would be a lot of losers. Not all athletes will medal but all athletes can win.

My goal is to give youth athletes a positive and challenging experience on the track. I want to lead by example so athletes can give back to their community, track club, school, or individuals when they get older.

Coach Jay
Born in Chicago, IL, Coach Jay grew up in Dallas and attended Carter High School and Desoto High School. While attending both schools, he was on the basketball, football, and track teams. His passion for sports allowed him to grow at Grambling State University as the most improved Athlete and three-time SWAC Champion. His career manifested into a pro career with the AFL, playing positions like wide receiver, defensive back, and quarterback, making him a well-rounded and respected athlete.

Coach Jay wanted to give back to the community that supported him through the years. He focused his effort and energy on the youth. He chose to track and field as there was an excellent opportunity to reach so many young lives. What moved Coach Jay? I focus on providing a systematic visualization allowing our organization to strengthen every household, building a solid family foundation. No matter the economic background of each family. Everyone has a story to tell, and we want the athlete to create a legacy that can inspire the next Martin Luther King Jr. or Katherine Johnson.

Coach Larry
I grew up playing multiple youth sports, including; Soccer, basketball, football, and track & field in Dallas, Texas.

My daughter started running for Dallas Elite in 2017. It was our first experience with USATF, and we fell in love with it. With the superb guidance of her coaches, she made it to the Junior Olympics in her first year competing.

This past 2018 season, I was hired to help coach the relay teams. It was my first coaching experience, but I was very excited to help. Our ten-year-old 4×100m relay team recently medaled on a national level. That was one of my most significant accomplishments as a first-year coach.

Helping kids build confidence, strength, and discipline makes this experience so unique to me. Togetherness is what drives a relay team. You must set aside your ego and be there for your family. You have to build that family bond on and off the track. I value family most in this world, and with Dallas Elite Track Club, I found a family I love.
Coach Green
After a productive track and field career, coach Green graduated from California State University of Fresno and again from the University of Arkansas after pursuing additional studies. Toya was recruited out of high school in 2006 for hurdles and would later compete at the collegiate level running against some talented young women on the West Coast. Currently holding her high school record in the 300mH and later posting marks of 14.21 in the 100mH, 1:01 in the 400Mh, and participating in both the 4x100 and 4x400 relays. As a result, Coach Green has decided to use her knowledge and commitment to youth sports by being a part of the Dallas Elite family since joining in 2018.

After gaining years of coaching, recruiting, mentoring, and volunteering during her time with Dallas Elite, she has enjoyed watching several hurdlers make their way to Junior Olympics and ultimately pursue their collegiate dreams. Using the experience gained from her time running track and participating in various recreational sports, Coach Green believes it’s her goal to help, motivate, and encourage younger athletes to stay committed, build their confidence, and learn what it takes to be successful at all levels.

Currently, Coach Green splits her time with Dallas Elite, raising her two beautiful children, Janelle and Chance, while pursuing a career in Technology Sales at a Fortune 100 company. We are delighted to have Coach Green onboard and a continued part of the Dallas Elite Coaching team.
