Elite Dance Company of Texas Owner, CEO, & Artistic Director, Tiffany Knowlton, is a student and teacher of dance for over 30 years. She began her Classical Dance journey at the age of 3 in a Toddler Dance & Tumble Class (similar to the Creative Movement class that she offers at Elite). By the time Tiffany was in High School, she was ranked Top 10 in State as a Contemporary Solo Dancer. She was the Captain of her High School Drill team for two years, and she spent her time training in a variety of Classical Dance genres upwards of twenty hours per week (with a focus in Ballet, Jazz, Character, Broadway, Lyrical, Tap, and Contemporary Dance).

While in High School, Tiffany was cast in several stage and musical stage productions including Scrooge: The Musical, Jesus of Nazareth, Guys & Dolls, Oklahoma!, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and more. She has a vast array of stage performance experience and utilizes her knowledge of theatre in the classical studio curriculum she teaches today.

As Tiffany's dance career continued to expand, she was accepted into an apprenticeship at a prestigious ballet company in the PacNW. During her time there, she student-taught the "minis" class, broadened her dance vocabulary through workshops & intensives, and continued to train with the corps de ballet until she was hired into the company. Tiffany's time as a professional dancer was marked by recognition for Excellence in Choreography, Artistry in Classical Dance, and Impromptu Dance and Theatre Performance Skills.

Elite Dance Company of Texas Owner and CFO, Andrew Knowlton, is the friendly face that will greet you at the front desk. Andrew is an Engineer for a Fortune 100 communications company for the last 14 years. Before his journey into Engineering, he served in the United States Army as a Communications Specialist. Andrew manages memberships, accounts, and takes care of our technology and IT needs at the studio.

It is our passion and deepest desire at Elite Dance Company of Texas to see our students reach their full potential in every Classical Dance genre.  Our goal is not only to teach a student how to dance - but to fall in love with the Art of Dance. With a wide variety of classes we are able to provide options for every student. With each class we administer a dynamic, enriching, and fun environment. Our atmosphere is one of excellence, artistry, respect, and FUN!
