James Taylor
James is the President and Co-Founder of GSA, I Am Athletics and Ankle Breaker Events and Gym. James holds a bachelors degree in Social Work from Abilene Christian University and Business Management certificate from Connell University. He is a proud veteran of the US Army. James played basketball through out high school. He is a pationate coach, trainer and mentor who believes in hardwork. He is believes in unlocking the potential in each and every child that comes through GSA. He believes that a coach and mentor's main task is to bring clarity, direction, and positive support to an athlete by taking time to know them treating them with respect and helping them fill in the skill gap between where they are now and where they need to go. He believes in holding every athlete accountable for their own achievements.
Laone Taylor
Laone is the Chief Operations and Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of GSA, I Am Athletics and Ankle Breaker Events and Gym. She holds a bachelors degree in Public Administration and Accounting from the University of Botswana. She also holds a masters degree in Telecommunications and Information Systems from Wuhan University of Technology. She is a passionate innovator, transformationist and mentor who believes in installing academic descipline and achievement in all our athletes. She is the master mind behind the GSA Beyond Education program that offers Financial and STEM education to our athletes. She led our first Stock Market Games competing team and hope to lead more teams in the future and hope to win 1st place in SMG competition one day.
Marcedes Walker
Marcedes Walker is originally from Philadelphia,Pennsylvania! She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2008. She played pro basketball with the Houston comets WNBA team! She played 13 years overseas ( Turkey, Italy, Israel, Poland)!! She holds an Azerbaijan passport awarded after winning the 2017 Islamic Olympic gold medal‼️
Jasmyn Eckermann
Hello , my name is Jasmyn Eckermann from Pine bluff, AR. I am a former collegiate athlete from Texas A&M University- Commerce. I have been training and coaching since graduating in 2019. My goals as a coach is to instill confidence and knowledge into each player. I have coached with GSA for two season, girls and boys, who had losing records to winning records. I am blessed to have the opportunity to pass down the lessons and knowledge that I have learned from playing basketball to our youth.
