London Marks 100 Days before the Olympic Games
LONDON, UK--The organizers of the 2012 Olympics today mark 100 days before the Games. Today is also the first day of the 5-day test event for Synchronized Swimming (April 18-22) at the 2012 Olympics Aquatics
Centre in London. The event serves as the final Olympic qualifier. Three teams will qualifying for the Games joining the 5 Continental champions which are already qualified: Australia, Canada, China, Egypt and Great
Britain. 19 duets pairs, out of the field of 24, will also qualify for the Games from this week. 34 nations and 160 swimmers are entered.
