SAO PAULO, BRAZIL--The 2012 Brazil Winter Championships (Jose Finkel trophy) began today and continues through Saturday (August 20-25) in São Paulo, SP. The meet is short-course (25m), and serves as the selection meet for Brazil's team to the 2012 Short Course Worlds.
