FINA Posts Advertising Requirements for swim caps to be worn at 2012 Short Court World Championships
LAUSANNE, SWITZERLAND--Last Thursday, FINA posted the advertising requirements for any cap to be worn at the 2012 Short Course Worlds. Along with the requirements, FINA has also posted a request that FINA see the cap-layouts at least 1-month prior to the start of the meet. FINA also has a reminder that the final decision of whether or not a cap can be worn in competition rests with the officials in the call room at
