LAUSANNE, SWITZERLAND--Host selection for the 2020 Olympics advanced yesterday, as the International Olympic Committee (IOC) announced it had received bid documents from all 3 cities still vying for the Games: Istanbul, Turkey; Madrid, Spain; and Tokyo, Japan. The IOC will now review the files, and its Evaluation Commission visit each city in March. The host of will be elected in September.
