Future host of FINA short-course Champs to be announced in February     

 
The National Federation or City to host the 2018 and eventually the 2020 FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) will be elected at a FINA Bureau meeting taking place in Barcelona, Spain from February 22-23, 2013.
 
The countries to have so far expressed an interest in bidding to stage the world-class swimming event are China, Hong Kong, Chinese Taipei, Turkmenistan, the United Arab Emirates and the United States.
 
The city of Windsor, Canada, will host the 13th edition of the short-course Championships in 2016.
