 2013 FINA Technical & General Congress dates posted

LAUSANNE, SWITZERLAND--FINA today has posted the dates for its 2013 Congress, which will be held in Barcelona, Spain, coinciding with the 2013 World Championships. Each discipline will have its own meeting
(technical congresses), in addition to there being a general meeting (general congress), for 7 meetings total. The 6 Technical Congress will be held in Hotel Fira Palace Barcelona; while the General Congress will
be held in Palacio de Congresos de Barcelona.

The General Congress will be held on July 26, 2013 beginning at 9:30 a.m.

The Technical Congress will be held:
  -Swimming: July 25 (9:30 a.m. start)
  -Open Water: July 17 (2:00 p.m. start)
  -Masters: July 25 (2:00 p.m. start) -- Extraordinary meeting
  -Diving: July 17 (9:30 a.m. start)
  -Synchro: July 18 (2:00 p.m. start)
  -Water Polo: July 18 (9:30 a.m. start)

Note: Competition dates for the 2013 Worlds are:
  -Swimming: July 28-August 4
  -Open Water: July 20, 22, 23, 25 & 27
  -Diving: July 20-31
  -Synchro: July 20-27
  -Water Polo: July 21-August 3
