Diving's global elite gathers to Fort Lauderdale (USA)

 

 

divingFort Lauderdale (Fl., USA) will welcome more than 120 divers from 21 countries, including 2012 Olympic champions and medallists, for the fourth stop of the FINA Diving Grand Prix 2013, organised from May 9-12.

The competition, which takes place in an outdoor diving facility, will attract big names and rising stars of the international diving scene, all fine-tuning their preparation for the 15th FINA World Championships in Barcelona (ESP), where the diving competition will also be held outdoors.

The competition programme for men and women includes 3m springboard, 10m platform, 3m springboard synchro and 10m platform synchro.

In addition to the 28-strong U.S. diving team to compete in front of the home crowd, divers from Australia, Canada, China, Colombia, Cuba, Egypt, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Switzerland, Ukraine and Venezuela will also be on-hand to delight the audience in Florida.
