BARCELONA, SPAIN--The organizers of the 2013 World Championships posted yesterday that the building has begun on the temporary pool inside the Palau Sant Jordi that will serve as the competition pool for Swimming and Synchro at the 2013 Worlds. The organizer's post can be found online
