Tyler Clary Wins 400m Freestyle at Berlin World Cup

 

Tyler Clary (Riverside, Calif.) clocked a time of 3:36:86 to win the men's 400-meter freestyle at the 2013 FINA Swimming World Cup, held Aug. 8-10 in Berlin. He also took the silver medal in the 200 backstroke, while Thomas Shields (Huntington Beach, Calif.) won the 100 butterfly and Claire Donahue (Dallas, Texas) captured a fifth-place finish in the women's 100 butterfly.  

 

Tyler Clary (Riverside,Calif.) finished second in the 200-meter backstroke at the 2013 FINA Swimming World Cup, held Aug. 7-8 in Eindhoven, Netherlands. Thomas Shields (Huntington Beach, Calif.) finished second in the 100 butterfly, while David Plummer placed fourth in the 100 backstroke.
