FINA Posts Technical Rules across all disciplines effective in September
LAUSANNE, SWITZERLAND--FINA has posted updated versions of its rules online, incorporating the changes voted for during the congresses held last month with the 2013 World Championships.

Constitution changes have been made to their existing pages on the FINA website.
The updated technical rules for Diving, Swimming, Masters, Open Water, Synchronized Swimming and Water Polo have been posted in separate PDF documents, which show the new rule text. Also posted with these technical rule changes are the effect dates for each discipline.
