Fastest Man in Texas: Three-time Olympic gold medalist, Nathan Adrian
Adrian Fastest Man in Texas…
Three-time Olympic gold medalist, Nathan Adrian, supported his “fastest man in the pool” label by capturing the title at the Fastest Man in Texas sprint freestyle shootout event in San Antonio. Adrian posted a swim time of 18.79 seconds during the 50-yard race, setting a new pool record and becoming the fastest recorded time in the U.S. this year. Adrian will look to continue to defend his fastest man designation heading into the 2016 Summer Games, where he aims to become the first American since 1928 to win the 100m freestyle in back-to-back Olympics.
