Schmitt Recognized as SEC Athlete of the Year…
Six-time Olympic medalist swimmer Allison Schmitt was named the 2012-13 Roy F. Kramer SEC Female Athlete of the Year and was recognized for her accomplishments in the pool at the annual SEC Legends Dinner. The former Georgia Bulldog standout helped Georgia win its fifth national team title, was The 2013 Honda Sports Award winner and won three gold, one silver and one bronze medal at the 2012 London Olympics.

Olympians Nathan Adrian and Natalie Coughlin helped Speedo launch their new “ Art of the Cap” collaborative campaign along with other Team Speedo athletes. The two were paired with distinguished artists to design a limited edition Speedo swim cap that exemplifies their personal life stories, interests and style. Proceeds from the swim cap sales support Adrian and Coughlin’s charities of choice, Right to Play and Kids Beating Cancer.
