More than 350 swimmers to compete for titles in Oro Valley  
 
INDIANAPOLIS - More than 350 swimmers from 41 teams across the country - including members of the 2014 U.S. National Squad - will compete for titles at the U.S. National Synchronized Swimming Championships in Oro Valley, Ariz., April 8-12.

Swimmers advanced to the championships through various qualifying measures, including top placements at zone championships, past national championships and other qualifying scores.  

 

The event, which includes the U.S. Senior National Championships, U.S. Junior National Championships and U.S. 13-15 National Championships, will be held at the Oro Valley Aquatic Center.

 

"We expect a very exciting competition with more than 350 athletes registered, and we are thrilled to have added the 13-15 age group to this competition," USA Syncho Executive Director Kevin Warner said. "Arizona is always a wonderful place to have a synchronized swimming competition, and we anticipate our host in Oro Valley to organize a fantastic meet for USA Synchro and our athletes."

 

Tickets are $10 per day or $30 for an event pass and may be purchased at the Oro Valley Aquatic Center. Seniors 55 and over and children 12 and under are $5 per day or $15 for an event pass.
