Junior Levels

Competitive swimming, stroke perfection, aerobic and strength conditioning. Junior 1 swimmers have achieved GA qualifying times.

Junior 1: Practices 6 times x 90 minutes per week

Junior 2: Practices 5 times x 90 minutes per week

Junior:
  • Monday to Friday
    • Morning - 6 am to 7 am
    • Afternoon - 5:15 pm - 6:45 pm
  • Saturday: 10-11:30 am
