April 21 Team Update

Good morning UVRays, 

Weekly Practice Schedule for the week of April 21 & 28, the tentative Summer schedule is also included.  Our practice schedule along with the weekly update are always posted on our website. 

News:

The May 2 Invitational deadline is this Sunday, April 20.

Thank you to our coaches, officials, volunteers and swimmers for helping us with our first meet this season. We are grateful for all the help. 

Lost and Found: We found a team summer cap and sharpie outside the Orem Rec on Friday night, contact Ofelia if your swimmer is missing a swim cap.

End of Season Party: Our End of Season party is this coming Saturday, April 26, at the Provo Rec. We will be celebrating all the accomplishments from the Short Course season and will be honoring all our HS Seniors. Make sure to wear your favorite UVRays shirt for the team picture. Contact Ofelia if you need one.

Orange Fundraiser: Many thanks again to those who participated in our Orange Fundraiser. Here is the link to the Private Lesson Winners & Pizza Party practice group winners. Those of you who earned private lessons will receive a code from me later this week. You will be able to sign up for the lessons in a couple of weeks..

Congratulations to our Provo HS Champs! They had the most sales for the Orange Fundraiser. Our 11-12 Champs came very close. Coach Jilyan will announce the date and time for the pizza party.

Meet Calendar: The meet sign ups for most summer meets are now available on our website. Please note your swimmers are not expected to attend all the meets. You can check the 2024-2025 Meet Calendar to see which meets will be best for your swimmer, you may also check with their coach.
