As we move into February, please be sure to closely monitor the schedule for any updates or changes. With high school and college meets taking place throughout the month, we’ve had to make some schedule adjustments due to pool availability.

We appreciate your flexibility and encourage everyone to double-check the schedule regularly for the most up-to-date information.

Western Zone Senior SCY Championships – Email Shanon by 6pm TONIGHT
Four Corners Speedo Sectionals – Email Shanon by 2/1

Be sure to submit entries on time to avoid missing out!

🏊 Last Chance for State Cuts! 🏊

If your swimmer is still chasing their first or second state cut, the HAST Last Chance Meet is the final opportunity to try! Sign up for the events where your swimmer is closest to earning a state cut or any events they haven’t swum yet this season.

⏰ Deadline to register is tonight, so don’t wait—get signed up before it closes!

🎉 Heart Attack Mini & Open Recap! 🎉

Congratulations to all of our swimmers who competed over the weekend! We saw some amazing, fast swimming and couldn’t be prouder of everyone’s effort in the pool.

A huge thank you to all the volunteers who helped run the meet—especially those who stepped in at the last minute. We truly couldn’t have done it without you! Your support makes these events possible and helps our swimmers shine.

🍊 Orange Fundraiser Update 🍊

One more day to get those orange orders in! 🍊
Our orange fundraiser is in full swing, and Round 1 orders are due tomorrow, Monday, February 2 at 10:00 PM (delivery the week of Feb 9).

📅 Round 2 orders will close Monday, March 2 at 10:00 PM (delivery the week of March 9).
📝 Orders must be submitted through the Google Submission Form.

We’re offering full cases, half cases, bags of oranges, and Oro Blanco grapefruit, with a goal of $50 per swimmer toward their fundraising requirement. There are fun prize incentives, including private lessons for top sellers and a pizza party 🍕 for the practice group with the most sales!

High School Seniors & UVRays Alumni Scholarship Opportunity 🎓

Our club is proud to offer the Utah Valley Aquatics Shari Clark Skabelund Family Scholarship. This scholarship is open to high school seniors and former UVRays alumni who will be attending college or a trade school. For more information and to access the application, please use this link. The deadline to apply is February 22.

Team Communication Support Needed

Please take a moment to complete this Google Form if you or someone in your family speaks a second language and may be willing to help with translation at swim meets, team events, or occasional team communications. Your support helps make team information more accessible and inclusive for everyone—thank you for helping strengthen our UV Rays community!
