Attendance
As with any sport or extracurricular activity, attendance is incredibly important. Each class builds on the last and dancers learn best through repetition. However, we understand that there are times when missing is inevitable. As such, we have a very flexible make up policy. Come to any age appropriate class from September 4th - January 31st. No need to get prior permission; simply show up and let the teacher know you are there for a make up class.

Note: We don't pro-rate our tuition for holidays so you are also welcome to make up those classes as well.

Auto Pay & Waiver:

Enrollment in auto pay, and a signed waiver form (done through your parent portal,) is required before registration will be finalized. Tuition will be posted the first of each month and drafted on the 10th.  A $10 late fee will be assessed on the last day of each month to any accounts with a balance.

Weekly Parent Observation
You are more than welcome to watch your child’s class from the waiting room. We have installed cameras and a tv, as well as a benches, but seating is limited.  Younger dancers struggle to pay attention when family members are present so we respectfully ask that you not enter the studio during class.

Parking and Traffic Control

Please remember this is a basement studio and we live in a residential neighborhood with lots of little children. Please slow down and use caution when picking up and dropping off.  If staying for class, please utilize the parking available across the street (do not park along the street). If you are dropping off, please enter from the southeast side of Pawnee Road so that your passenger door opens to the studio.

Parent and Me Class

Each November we invite mom and or dad to participate in class with their students. It is a fun way to see what has been learned so far in the season, get tips on how to help your children at home while allowing our teachers to focus solely on technique from September to December. We focus heavily on technique the first half of our season so dancers have a solid foundation when Spring Recital preparations begin in February.

Spring Recital

Our end of year recital will be on Saturday, May 16th, 2020. As mentioned on our Fees and tuition page, the cost for our Spring Recital will be a one-time fee of $25.00 per family due with November's tuition. There will be no admission costs the night of the recital so you can invite as many family and friends as you would like to attend. This is such a fun evening showcasing our dancers and tumblers hard work.

Please note: We do multiple recitals to ensure each is only 45 - 60 minutes long. However, we cannot ensure that siblings, cousins, or friends (in different classes), will be in the same recital.
