Congrats on an awesome first week back in the gym!

We wanted to share a few house rules/reminders now that we are back open:

Unlimited Tumble Classes

  • Class Sign Up:
    • ​Pre-registration is required for all of our unlimited tumble classes whether you’re an All-Star Member or an Unlimited Tumble Member.
    • Pre-registration for classes opens every Sunday at 7am and closes the day of your scheduled class at 4pm.
    • After class registration, you will receive a confirmation email.  If you do not receive this email, you can always double check your class schedule in the calendar feature by signing in to your account through our website or the GoMotion App. 
    • Athletes who show up to classes without pre registering will be asked to wait in the lobby until all those registered are accounted for. If the class is full, they will have to wait for the next class or possibly be sent home if the next class is full (we are only able to have 8 athletes per floor due to COVID-19 restrictions)
  • No Shows:
    • ​We had several no shows this week but gave everyone a pass since this was our first week back. However, starting next Monday June 15th, we will be charging accounts for athletes who do not show up for classes without prior notification. Our No Show Fee for classes is $15 per occurrence.  We want to be able to give any open slots to athletes who may have been wait listed and make sure our coaches are not showing up for an empty class 😊
    • No Show Policy:
      • If you're unable to attend a class, you are required to cancel your slot AT LEAST 1 HOUR before North Gym class start time & AT LEAST 2 HOURS before South Gym class start time.
        • 1st No Show - Member receives a warining 
        • 2nd No Show - $15 No Show Fee will be charged to the Account
        • 3rd No Show - Member is suspended from classes for a week + $30 No Show Fee will be charged to the Account
  • Class conflicts/cancellations should be emailed ASAP to Coach Ben. You can email him [email protected] or send a text to (804) 363-6203. His contact info is also available under the staff section on our website.

Our Programs

  • We have two programs available for yearly registration at our gym: All Star & Unlimited Tumble.
  • If your athlete is registered for All Star, you DO NOT need to register them again for unlimited tumble as those classes are included in your all star tuition.

Online Sign Up for Tryouts are required for all athletes trying our for an all star team.  An email was sent yesterday with instructions. 

All Star Tryouts: June 22nd - June 25th

Online Sign ups start on June 12th, 2020, 12am

Make Up All Star Tryouts: June 29th & June 30th**

Online Sign ups start on June 19th, 2020, 12am
