Addtional Practice on 1/20 ( Monday), No Trainings on meet days (1/25, 1/26)

Dear Swimmers and Families,

Please note that Saturday, 1/25, and Sunday, 1/26, are meet days for the "2025 PN PDST Winter Invitational." As a result, there will be no regular training sessions or group lessons on these dates.

Instead, we will hold an additional practice session on Monday, MLK Day (1/20), from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.at the Mary Wayte Pool.

Who Should Attend?

  • Swimmers attending the meet: This practice is highly recommended. We will review important basics, such as how to properly wear a swim cap and goggles, and conduct mock events to help swimmers familiarize themselves with the Mary Wayte Pool and meet procedures.
  • Swimmers not attending the meet: You are welcome to join this session as a make-up class.
