Great Meet & Moving Forward

We had a great first meet for our first-time swimmers last weekend at the 2025 PDST Winter Invitational! Thank you to all the swimmers for your hard work over the past four months and to the parents for your support.

Even with limited pool time in Washington, our swimmers achieved amazing results—the fastest 25-yard freestyle among 6-year-old boys, several top-10 finishes in the 8 & Under group, and multiple Gold and Silver Time qualifiers in the 10 & Under group. Of course, we also had some DQs! 

Next, I will share general goals for the 8 & Under and 10 & Under groups based on the advice from USA Swimming pathway and schedule one-on-one online meetings with each swimmer to discuss their next steps.
