1. What is the make-up class policy?
We use a self make-up model. A 48-hour notice is required before scheduling a make-up class.

2. What’s the difference between the Blue Team and the Red Team?

  • Blue Team: Swimmers can swim all four strokes.

  • Red Team: Swimmers can swim at least two strokes independently for 25 yards, or they are able to swim all four strokes but still need in-water coaching to develop proper technique.

3. How are the levels defined in the Blue Team?

  • Level 1: Can swim all four basic strokes, continue developing stroke foundations, and build short-distance speed.

  • Level 2: Focus on short-distance speed, maintaining stroke form, and basic drill introduction.

  • Level 3: Emphasis on speed, aerobic improvement, and advanced technique drills.

4. Can Red Team swimmers participate in local swimming meets?
Yes, Red Team swimmers are eligible to participate in local meets.
