Welcome to the 2025–26 Aquacise Swimming Season!
Dear Aquacise Families,
Welcome back to a brand-new season at Aquacise Swimming! We’re excited to begin the 2025–26 season with all of our swimmers and families starting tomorrow (Tuesday, 9/1). We can’t wait to see the growth, teamwork, and fun that this year will bring.
At Aquacise, our mission remains the same: to provide professional, personalized swimming instruction and competitive opportunities that help build both strong swimmers and confident young people. Whether your child is joining us for skill development, fitness, or competitive training, our coaches are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and challenging environment.
For this season, swimmers are placed into Blue, Red, and Green Teams (Aquacise Swimming - Schedule Adjustment) based on their developmental pathway, with additional levels within each team. Each swimmer will have individual goals and training requirements, even when practicing together. As skills improve, swimmers may be promoted at any time, and their progress will be recognized and encouraged.
A quick heads-up:
-
Tuesday Blue Team (Level 2, 7–8 PM): This practice may be merged with another Blue Team time due to lower attendance expected on Tuesdays.
-
Monday Dryland: Schedule is still TBD. The plan is to hold one in-person session each month in a dance studio with mirrors (to work on stroke technique, flexibility, and core training). The remaining Mondays will be online group practices.
We encourage you to stay connected with us through email and team messages (Aquacise Swimming - News), and please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. Families play a vital role in our community, and your support makes a huge difference in your swimmer’s journey.
With enthusiasm,
Coach Juni
