USA Swimming Meet 101 (Preparation for Meet) online Meeting - Monday (11/3)- 7PM

Hi all,

We’re excited to host a “USA Swimming Meet 101” training session for all Aquacise/AST families — especially those attending their first swim meet at the upcoming PN C Pentathlon Invitational on November 9, 2025. All the swimmers are invited to participant as well as parents. 

This online session will help new families and 1st meet swimmers understand what to expect, how to prepare, and how meets work. Experienced swimmers and families are also warmly welcome to join and share your tips and stories!
