Update 11/12

November 15th Team Challenge-  All swimmers highly encouraged to attend! (Team Building Practice) This event will start at 5:30pm and will last for 1 hour and 15 min (6:45pm pickup) This event was designed to get new and old swimmers alike to get to know each other and form a tight bond as well as help new and old swim PARENTS to get to know one another. The Kids will be split into mixed aged teams and will be choosing from a list of over 50 swim and non swim events. All events are worth points and the team with the most points will be the winner and will have their picture taken and put on display. Parents, you may even have a hand in helping some teams earn points. We will have light refreshments for the participants and light refreshments and snacks for parents. PARENTS please stay and cheer your swimmer as their team competes in their fun but challenging team bonding event this FRIDAY!!! If there is additional time, the kids will participate in a brief game of water polo …. (YAY tired kids)

Reminder Gas Cards Orders for gas cards are due 11/18. This is an optional fundraiser that families can participate in throughout the year. To order, please add your information to this form on the November tab. 

Reminder Towels

We are excited to offer custom swim team towels again for our ASC swimmers – perfect for Christmas gifts! The towels are approximately $45 each (final cost depends on the total number ordered) and will take about 6 weeks to arrive, so we’re aiming for delivery before Christmas.

To order, please complete this form. Orders are due by Monday, November 11th. Your account will be billed, and we need at least 30 towels to place the order.  We have 16 towels ordered at this point. We will not be able to place the order without meeting the 30 towel minimum order.

Ever considered becoming a Swim Official? 

Wisconsin and USA swimming are always looking for more officials. It involves taking some online modules with a test at the end.  For Wisconsin/USA swimming, info can be found here: 2025 NEW OFFICIALS REGISTRATION PROCESS

Officials would also have the option of becoming WIAA officials for high school swim seasons. If you’re interested check out the WIAA requirements here. For WIAA, you have to take a yearly exam and watch a rules video, and pay a fee to be licensed. Once you have this, you can work with local Athletic Directors to get scheduled.

Please let us know if you’re interested in this–it might be nice to do this process together with some other team parents!
