Calendar Raffle – Last Chance to turn in stubs will be on 1/9. The first drawing for winners will be on 1/11. 

Special Events Coordinator Board Position open: 

• Coordinates concessions for our 2 home meets: create a menu, order food & supplies for delivery, take inventory, coordinate volunteers, work with Treasurer for purchases and deposits. For Regionals meet, will need to work with AHS Dining staff to complete training.

• Coordinates the communications & management of special events: 2 end of season banquets, team social events

WAVE Meet info:

Entry ( NOTE: This is a change from previous meets ) :

● Due to construction, everyone will need to enter through the Commons 

at Appleton

North High School. The natatorium entrance will not be open.

● The parking lot can be accessed from Ashbury Drive or Edgewood Drive. The Ballard

Road entrance is also blocked due to construction.

● Please follow the red & white signs from the parking lot to the correct entrance.

Spectators :

● The pool area and bleachers will be closed to spectators during all warm-up sessions.

● To ensure that everyone is able to watch their swimmers, spectators will need to come

and go throughout the meet. Spectators can watch their swimmers, but will need to exit

the pool area between events.

● There is seating available for everyone in the Commons. You may use the provided

tables and chairs or bring your own.

● No swimmers in the bleachers throughout the meet. There is not enough seating to allow

swimmers in the stands. They will need to stay on deck with their teams or use the

Commons as a warming area.

● The livestream will be shown on a big screen in the Commons.

● Handicap seating is available on deck.
