Urgent Team News/Meeting

Hello Swim Families!! I apologize at the length, but there is much information to get to you!

Groundhog Recap Meeting:

1. Tuesday, Feb 12th at 6:45pm (late time due to coaching needs)
2. We will discuss the 2019 Groundhog meet
   1. What went well
   2. What needs improvement
   3. Discuss financials
   4. Plan for 2020 Groundhog Meet
3. ALL MEMBERSHIP IS INVITED AND URGED TO COME

End of Season Team Meal:

1. Thursday, Feb 14th at 4pm-6pm
2. Kids invited for a light meal of hot dogs
3. What is needed?? 
   1. 3-4 parent volunteers to assist feeding the kids
   2. 7 dozen cookies
   3. packages of prepacked small chip baggies (available at Walmart or Econo)

1. They will be distributed during the Team Meal.
2. If you are unable to make this date, they will also be available for pick up before and after all Board Meetings from Serena Malueg.

Next Board Meeting

1. Tuesday, Feb 19th at 6pm
2. ALL MEMBERSHIP IS INVITED AND URGED TO COME
3. Topics to include:
   1. Summer Season Try It week
   2. Mission Statement Changes
   3. Triathlon business, dates, promotions, and start to build committees for the event
   4. Gaining 501c status, and dividing needed work to do so.
4. Please note that the official agenda will be presented by our club secretary as there may be other urgent business to discuss.
