Special Meeting 4-2-19

All CAST Membership,

There is an important meeting being held on 4/2/19 at 6:00pm, in the CHS Rec Center Community Room. The By-Law Committee has been hard at work to resolve some long standing issues with our current set of by-laws. At the meeting, we will vote on defining the nomination and voting process for our Board of Director positions. Please see the recommendations in the linked pdf document.

We will also be discussing potential changes to our meeting time, reviewing our Mission Statement and any updates on our ongoing business.

I will send out an official agenda on Saturday, if you need anything added to the agenda, please let me know by then.

Please make your attendance to the meeting on 4/2/19 a priority.
