Coaching Notes- All swimmers MUST
- Wear a cap and goggles to practice - NO EXCEPTIONS. All swimmers should've been given a CAST cap, or any practice cap will be fine. This is a must for both boys and girls. CAST has a small store that includes caps AND goggles at a reasonable price for your convenience. Please connect with Serena Malueg or Michelle Olson to purchase.
- Swimmers need to be at with there assigned group, with fins and a board, at their start time. It is not the responsibility of the coaches to "round up" the swimmers from the warm pool at their practice time.
- Please consider having a pep talk with your swimmers regarding attitude and listening. With such a large group, we needs our parents to help our swimmers stay focused on their goal! To continue their progress, we must keep the swimmers engaged and that starts at home!
Accounting notes
- Please make sure that payments are kept to date. If an account falls behind, we will have to remove the swimmers from the pool during practice times. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Michelle Olson at [email protected].
Business Notes:
- There WILL be an order for personalized caps. We will have order forms and information during packet pickup on Thursday after team pictures. If you reached out to Serena showing interest, please come prepared to order. Personalized caps are usually $12 with a minimum order of 2. Michelle Olson will have the information Thursday to place and expedite this order!
- If anyone has interest in redoing the CAST bulletin board, please contact Serena. Everything will be provided, just need someone that wants to donate their time and imagination!
