COVID-19 Update

Good morning swim families,

As I am sure you are aware, our governor has closed the school systems because of the COVID-19 virus. 

Out of safety and concern for our swimmers and families, the CAST board has chosen to postpone our end of season party indefinitely. It is our intention to reschedule once ALL cancellations and closures are lifted. 

Since the REC Center is closed through next week, we’ve rescheduled our upcoming board meeting to take place on March 24th at 6pm. I was made aware that the Rec Center will be reevaluating their own closed status from week to week while the mandatory shutdown for schools is in effect. If the closure continues, our board will look to other options for meeting this month. As always, we will keep you informed as we move forward. 

On a side note, no matter what your current views on the situation are... please stay safe and be healthy.
