Fitter & Faster Clinic - COMING TO THE REC PLEX

We’ve asked our friends at Fitter & Faster to produce a swim camp for our team on December 27 & 28 at the Pleasant Prairie RecPlex to close out the year on a high note!  Swimmers will focus on Freestyle & Backstroke Racing, designed to help athletes refine stroke technique, produce more power, and race these long-axis strokes with greater speed and control. We believe this weekend will be an excellent opportunity for our swimmers to keep developing over the holidays and head into 2026 with confidence. 

 

Please sign your swimmers up before the spots fill up. This will make for a great "experience" present as well!
