Congratulations to all those that particpated in the Frostbite Meet in LaCrosse this past weekend. We had about 40 swimmers compete and had some wonderful swims and efforts throughout the weekend. The next meet on the schedule is Chippewa Falls this Saturday. More information to come for those that signed up for that meet. Great job this weekend SPDY and best of luck to those swimming in Chippewa Falls!

Nutrition Seminar This Tuesday! Please click the link to RSVP. There will be 2 sessions offered. The first for parents of Junior Elite/Junior/Developmental/Junior Dolphin swimmers. The second for swimmers and/or parents of Senior/Senior Elite swimmers. There will be normal practice for Junior Elite/Junior/Developmental/Junior Dolphin swimmers. The seminar will be in place of practice for Senior/Senior Elite swimmers. This is a free event. 

Underdog Planning Meeting: We will be having a planning meeting for our upcoming Underdog Meet this Wednesday, January 7 at 5:30pm in the conference room at the Y. Items that will be discussed include volunteer positions/needs, concessions, officiating needs, raffle baskets, etc. If you have an interest in helping in these areas or just want to learn more about how our meets come together, please plan to attend. 

SPDY Bowling Night: We are excited to bring back SPDY Bowling Night on Thursday, February 12. Enjoy a night off from the pool and spend it at a different kind of lanes having fun with teammates and family. The cost will be $13 per bowler. The event will take place at 5 Star Lanes in Plover at 5:30pm. An event will be created on the website soon so you can RSVP your swimmer.
