Congratulations to all the swimmers that participated in the Chippewa Valley meet on Saturday. SPDY swam very well with numerous best times and first time swims. The swimmers should be very proud of the way they competed. 

Home Meet Volunteer Sign-up: With our final home meet of the season just under two weeks away, we will be posting our volunteer job sign-up Monday, January 12 at 7:00PM. Yep, that's tomorrow. This is the larger of the two meets that we host and will need all hands on deck to make this a great meet for our swimmers and the visiting teams. 

Nutrition Talk on Tuesday: Just a reminder that the Nutrition talk got pushed back to this Tuesday. Please use the below link to RSVP.

WYNS Winter Challenge: Information for the WYNS WInter Challenge meet is available on the website. This is a great meet, recommended for all SPDY swimmers. The meet is held at the YMCA in Weston, which makes it the closest away meet. Deadline to register is January 21. 

If you have not signed your swimmer up for the home meet, make sure you get that done this week.
