Hello Senior Silver and Gold Swimmers and Parents,

Wow!  It's that time of our swim season.  We had a great meet at Palm Desert this weekend. Thank you for attending. Exciting to watch new WAGS cuts achivevd and some potential move ups!  Lots of learning experience too.

 We never lose.  Either we win or we learn!  

1.  Looking ahead:

  • How many days until WAGS?  12 Days
  • How many days until Sectionals?  10 Days

WAGS:  We have close to 50 TMEC qualifiers!  

SECTIONALS:  We have 5 qualified!  

  • Updates and reminders will be posted / shared for both of these meets as they become available.   
  • If you have any questions, please let me know.  

 

2.  Try your best to stay focused on specific details in and out of the pool as we enter this very exciting Championship Season.  I challenge you to find 3 things you want to own for your portfolio of swims.

For example:  

1. I will not let my stroke rate drop in and out of my turns!

  • Get off the walls!

2. I will streamline tighter off of every wall!  

  • Science

3. I will go right away!

  • You will never know unless you GO!

Your only limit is you.  Set small goals and embrace them.  Give yourself more credit.  Embrace the process and DO NOT be afraid to fail.
