Hello Age Group Gold Swimmers and Parents,

In an effort to give perspective into the week ahead for Age Group Gold, I want to share with you what I have shared with our Senior Silver and Gold swimmers for the week of October 12th - 19th.  

This information is posted on our TMEC News page.  

As shared with you all, my goal is to build off our top group and work to implement specific details to other groups.   "Building The Base". 

Age Group Gold is doing a great job of "Building The Base".  Technique driven, detail oriented while having fun.
