Warm-Up & Arrival Times - ALL ARRIVAL & WARM-UP TIMES ARE LISTED IN EASTERN TIME! Please account for the time change when crossing the border into Indiana!

• Saturday All Ages - Warm-up at 11:00am, Arrive to the facility by 10:45am (Eastern Time)
• Sunday All Ages - Warm-up at 8:00am, Arrive to the facility by 7:45am (Eastern Time)
• Sunday Mile Session - ​Mile Swimmers are responsible for providing two individuals to serve as a timer and a lap counter during their race. Timers must be age 13&Up, Lap Counters can be any age as long as they are responsible & can keep track of counting! The 1500 will be swum fastest to slowest, alternating girls and boys heats. Mile swimmers must do a postitive check-in - mile swimmers who do not check in will be assumed not swimming and will be scratched from the event.

TEAM WARM-UP IS NOT OPTIONAL! Our expectation is that each swimmer participating in the session arrives early to the facility and gets in the water on time for warm-up. Please prepare accordingly to make sure your swimmer is not late getting into the water. This is disruptive and makes things difficult for the other swimmers on our team and our coaching staff. Swimmers who have not arrived for warm-up within 15 minutes of our team's warm-up period starting will be automatically scratched from the session and will not be allowed to participate in the meet. 

Meet Fees & Date of Charge - Fees are $5 per individual event, $2 per relay event per swimmer, $15 per swimmer host team participation surcharge, and a $5 per swimmer YDSC Coach Travel Fee. You can use the swimmer entries document at the top of this email to add up your swimmer's fees total that will be charged for this meet. Meet fees will be charged to swimmer's accounts on Friday, May 16th.

Additional Reminders - 

• Please read the meet packet thoroughly prior to the meet as it has additional information that may be useful to you. This email just hits the highlights for the meet and does not mention everything in the packet. 
• Locker rooms are for swimmers only - there is absolutely no exception to this. There will be restrooms available for non-athletes. SafeSport rules require athletes & non-athletes use seperate facilities.
• Swimmers will remain with our team on the pool deck during the meet. Spectators will remain in the bleacher seating during the meet. There will be bleachers on deck for the swimmers so they do not need to bring chairs or blankets. Please make sure your swimmer has the items they need with them when they come on deck (snacks, towels, extra goggles/suits, games/things to pass the time, etc) - parents are not allowed on the pool deck and we want to limit swimmers leaving the deck as much as possible!
• Awards will be given to the top 9 finishers in each individual event (1-3rd will receive medals, 4-9th will receive ribbons) along with the top 3 teams in each relay event (ribbons). High point awards will be given to the highest scoring male and female in each age group division of 6&Under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, and 15&Over. Team awards will be given to the top two overall highest scoring teams excluding the host team.
• There will be no admission cost for spectators. Heat sheets and results will be available on the MeetMobile app.
• There will be a bullpen for the 12&Under swimmers.
• Concessions will be available at the meet. Apparel will be available for purchase in the lobby of the Aquatic Center.
• Racing will take place in lanes 2-9. Lane 1 will remain open for the duration of the meet as a warm-up/cool-down lane. Swimmers using the warm-up/cool-down lane must enter from the middle of the pool with a feet first entry.

Note from the Host Team - 

• Please use the main doors (towards the left) on the west side of the building.  The doors towards the right will be locked.  While in the facility, please remind your athletes and staff to be mindful of their belongings and to deposit all trash in appropriate receptacles before leaving each day.  If something needs to be addressed (low TP/PT, soap, etc.) the facility staff will be available to help.  If you cannot find staff, please let us know, and we will do our best to help.
