State Meet Week !!!
Welcome to the last week of practices!
Normal practices, Monday- Thursday, NO Friday practices, as we will be will the older girls at states.
8 and unders, You may come any days this week, so pick up an extra practice if you can.
**** Reminder if your swimmer, did not swim 3 meets and can not go to states, they should be done practicing.We need to focus on swimmers going to states this week.

Friday, March 8th: Session 1- 13-14, Senior Girls Warm up 4:00pm, meet start no earlier than 5:15 pm

Saturday, March 9th : Session 2: 8&U Boys & Girls – warm up 7:30 am – 8:15am Meet start

Session 3: 9 &10 Girls – warm up not before 10:30 am, meet begins no earlier than 11:30 am

Session 4: 13-14 & Senior Boys – Warm up not before 4:30 pm, meet begins no earlier than 5:30 pm

All swimmer will find out what they are swimming at states, today at practices. All events are locked in as of today, but know that relays and postions in relays can change up untiI the event is swum. Ie if someone is sick or does not show we can make adjustments.
