Swim Meet at Bangor YMCA, Sat Jan 18

Be on the pool deck ready to go: 9:15 am 

Warm up: 9:30 am 

Meet Start: 10:00 am 

** If you have not committed yet, please do so ASAP. The deadline is tonight, or email me your committment. It really helps in plannning meet line ups. 

***Friday Jan 17 -Practice Adjustments 

Blue Group: 3:00- 4:00 

Red Group: 4:00 - 5:00

The Y is again helping the high school swimmers out by hosting a home swim meet on Friday at 6pm.

Splash-a-thon Update.

A few people have asked if we were doing splashathon this Monday (MLK Day) , as we have done it in the past on this weekend.

We are NOT swimming it this weekend. We are looking to get info and pledge sheets out in the next week and are looking for a date to swim the splash-a-thon in early February. PLEASE stay alert for updates and exact dates and times. 

Thanks to all the swimmers for their patience and hard work as we share the pool. And to all the swimmers that had such great swims at the meet at MDI last weekend. Looking forward to more great swims this weekend in Bangor.
