Practice is ON Today and Meet sign up reminders

YES, there is normal practice for all groups today Wednesday January 29. 

Reminder that meet committments for this Saturdays home meet against PBAY are due today. Please committ either way so coiaches can make an accurate lineup for the meet. 

Reminder that you also need to have swum in 3 meets to compete in the YMCA State Meet. And we would like as many people as possible competing there. We only have a couple for opportunties to meet this requirement. 

Please check out the jobs tab on this weeks to check out the volunteer opportunities. We need concession things, timers, raffle workers etc.  The genrerous team and Jaret and Cohn is covering the concessions for us this weekend. Thanks so Much!
