USA Swimming Membership/Registering
As you know, The West Morris Area Y Swim Team competes in NJ Swimming competitions as well as the YMCA League. NJ Swimming is a part of USA Swimming, the National Governing Body for the sport of swimming in the United States. In order to participate in NJ Swimming competitions, swimmers require a membership to compete. As part of the Shark Swim Team, all families, with the exception of the Pre-Team, are required to have a family account for USA Swimming. All athletes, with the exception of Pre-Team, are required to be members of USA Swimming.
