How to Set Your Swimmer's Availability ("Commit") for Meets & Sign Up to Volunteer

Creating the meet line-up is a time consuming process and therefore we need you to set your swimmer's availability for each meet no later than 11:59pm on the Wednesday preceding the meet.  If plans change after you commit, please notify Oliver as soon as possible.

To Register for a Meet

1.  Click the Event Tab on the team website

2.  Click on the Event/Meet

3.  Select Edit Commitment

4.  Click on swimmer's name

5.  Select either Yes or No

To Sign Up to Volunteer (expectation is that every family assists at every meet)

1.  Click the Event Tab on the team website

2.  Click on the Event/Meet

3.  Select Job Sign Up

4.  Click the box next to the job you want to perform

5.  If you are signing someone else up enter their name in the Optional Contact Info box

5.  Click the green sign-up button
