YMCA of the USA (Y-USA) is excited to announce the 2026 YMCA Gymnastics National Championship & Invitiational will be held June 27-July 1, 2026. This event hosts approximately 2,000 athletes from across the country, ranging in age from 6 years old to 20 years old. The first YMCA Gymnastics National Championship & Invitiational took plance in 1936. The location is to be announced. 

Rest assured, much planning has still been happening in the past several months, considering your survey responses from recent Nationals, as well as building on the momentum of our steadily increasing participation. We are working to create a memorable experience for all who attend, including a high energy Opening Ceremony and MANY opportunities to make new and long-lasting connections.

Our theme will be "Unity in Motion" and every aspect of the event will center around connection and community. From Opening Ceremony to Senior Reception to the hotel hub to the competition itself, we will celebrate the power in unity.

Every routine, every high-five, every smile — it all contributes to a movement that empowers youth and strengthens communities by creating a space where everyone belongs, everyone is strong, and everyone is proud to say — We ARE Y GYMNASTICS.
