Shifts are Monday & Wednesday and/or Tuesday & Thursday Evening
Rates start at $16 per hour.

Swim Instructor
If you love teaching, working with kids or are passionate about the water, we’d love to talk to you! Hydra Aquatics, located at Jefferson Country Club in Blacklick, is hiring swim lesson instructors. No teaching or aquatics experience is necessary. We provide paid training to prepare you to join our team, and offer set shifts, advancement opportunities, and no required weekend shifts.
Swim Instructor pay starts at $16/hour
Semi-Private Lesson pay starts at $24/hour
Private Lesson pay starts at $32/hour
Swim Instructor shifts Monday - Thursday evenings
Private & Semi-Private Lessons shifts: flexible hours, build your own schedule
About Hydra
Hydra was born during the pandemic as a not-for-profit competitive USA sanctioned swim team in central Ohio with the goal of empowering young people to be champions in and out of the water. What started as a swim team soon grew to include a swim lessons program specifically designed to develop the hard-working mentality and skills needed to join Hydra’s Swim Team, and succeed in life outside the pool.
